My name is Kathy Schaefer and sometimes I feel like a Zookeeper. I have a husband, a 16 year old daughter, a 7 year old son, 9 cats, two dogs and many other miscellaneous animals. If you haven't guessed, life in our house can be kind of chaotic but so much fun and full of love.
We live in a small town in Eastern Kansas. I teach K-12 Art part-time and the rest of the time I'm a para-professional at the high school. My kids are involved in a lot of activities so my spare time is spent shuttling them around. I'm one of those people that vowed I would NEVER have a mini van and guess what...I have one and wouldn't trade it for anything! It's amazing what you can haul in those things! And I've tried to haul some strange stuff too.
